Midlife Magic Retreat

a gentle, powerful pause for women in transition

For the woman who has carried a great deal, achieved a great deal, and quietly knows something in her life or work is asking to change.

This retreat is designed to help you step out of the noise, hear your own voice again, and move toward your next chapter with clarity and self-trust.

Retreat in few words…

  • 5 day retreat with coaching before, during and after the retreat.

  • Women navigating transition, change, identity shift, or above all the sense that the old way no longer fits

  • Accommodation and meals during the retreat, retreat program, individual coaching, and a guided visit to Antequera.

You’ve spent years fulfilling roles—parent, professional, caregiver, leader—but beneath those titles, who are you really? If you’re feeling a pull toward something more, Midlife Magic Retreat is your invitation to pause, reflect, and reclaim your multifaceted self.

There comes a point when pushing harder is no longer the answer.

You may still look capable and successful from the outside, yet sense that your inner life, your work, or the role you have been living no longer reflects who you are becoming.

This retreat creates space for that truth to surface without rush, performance, or pressure.

When the old way no longer works

Step into who you are meant to be.

Step into who you are meant to be.

This retreat may be for you if

  • You have built a good life, yet something feels out of alignment.

  • You are in a career, identity, or life transition and want deeper clarity.

  • You are tired of being strong for everyone else while losing touch with yourself.

  • You long for a meaningful pause, not just time away.

  • You want your next chapter to feel more honest, grounded, and alive.

  • You long for a community that hears you and is not judging you when you are exploring options.

  • You want to be part of a community that supports each other.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about hearing yourself again.

A retreat shaped around reflection, voice, and real inner movement.

What makes this experience different?

Before you arrive

You begin with a 1:1 coaching session to name what is shifting, what you need, and what intention you want to bring into the retreat.

During the retreat

You are held through guided reflection, group process, meaningful conversation, and individual coaching woven into the retreat itself.

After you return

A closing 1:1 session helps you process what emerged and carry it forward with more clarity, courage, and direction.

The inner journey across the five days

The retreat follows a gentle arc: settling in, understanding what is changing, noticing patterns, opening to possibility, and exploring how to live what you discover. The aim is not to force answers, but to help you hear the ones that are already asking for your attention.

Day one

Welcome and arrival. Settling in, slowing down, and opening the space for presence.

Day two

Awareness and expression. Understanding transition, naming what feels true, and giving voice to what has been held inside.

Day three

Patterns and possibilities. Releasing what no longer serves and seeing the shape of what wants to emerge.

Day four

Visioning and expansion. Exploring what the next chapter may ask of you and what it may offer.

Day five

Integration and farewell. Bringing insight into action and preparing to carry the experience home.

A note from retreat host

Nilsera’s wider work is rooted in helping people and organisations uncover hidden forces of change, move through complexity, and reconnect insight with action. The retreat carries that same spirit into a more intimate and personal space for women ready to listen differently to themselves.

  • No. It is for women in transition, including professionals and leaders, who want a deeper and more truthful pause.

  • That is natural. A conversation or application inquiry is simply a first step toward sensing whether this is the right time and space for you.
